By placing an order with Sticky Scented, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed through our website.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Sticky Scented operates as a wholesale supplier only.
All orders are intended for resale and business use.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

TURNAROUND TIMES

All products are handmade to order.
Standard turnaround time is up to 7 to 10 working days unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (UK time).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and Sticky Scented cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where applicable.

LABELS & PRINT

For custom labels, CLP labels, stickers, and print orders, customers are responsible for checking all artwork and information before approval.

Sticky Scented cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-supplied files once printing has been approved.

Custom print items are non-refundable once approved.

PRODUCT VARIATION

As products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur.

Colours may also vary due to screen and print differences.


LIABILITY

Sticky Scented shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or resale of our products.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Sticky Scented reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
