Fragrance Oil. maximum percentage for the fragrance oil is 25% or above for IFRA Category 10A. before even starting to mix your oil & Base IFRA must be checked Not all fragrance oil suppliers provide 25% Auego Hazardous CLP. You will need to obtain these documents from an external company that has the correct software
