 bases: Non hazardous base: DPG DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL this base requires a 25% NON hazardous CLP Hazardous base:  AUGEO this base requires a 25% Hazardous CLP Fragrance Oil. maximum percentage for the fragrance oil is 25% or above for IFRA Category 10A. before even starting to mix your oil & Base IFRA must be checked Not all fragrance oil suppliers provide 25% Augeo Hazardous CLP. You will need to obtain these documents from an external company that has the correct software
